uc-me – Virtual Business Card & NFC Card Services

1. POLICY OVERVIEW

uc-me provides both digital services (virtual business cards) and physical NFC cards.

This policy explains how digital access and physical NFC card orders are delivered.

By placing an order or using the uc-me platform, you agree to this Shipping & Delivery Policy.


2. DIGITAL SERVICE DELIVERY

2.1 Virtual Business Card Access

Upon successful registration or payment:

  • Access to the uc-me platform is granted immediately or within 24 hours
  • Users may create, manage, and share digital business cards via QR code, link, or NFC-enabled features

Digital services are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.


3. NFC CARD ORDERS (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)

3.1 Order Processing

  • NFC cards are customised products linked to your uc-me digital profile
  • Orders are processed after:
  • Successful payment confirmation
  • Submission of required customization details (e.g. name, logo, design)

Order processing typically takes 3–7 business days, excluding public holidays.


3.2 Shipping & Delivery Timeframe

  • NFC cards are shipped via third-party courier services
  • Estimated delivery times:
  • Malaysia: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs procedures.


3.3 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
  • Fees vary based on delivery location and courier selection


4. DELIVERY ADDRESS & RESPONSIBILITY

Users are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete shipping information
  • Ensuring availability to receive the delivery

uc-me is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability

Re-delivery or re-shipment may incur additional charges.


5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply
  • Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient

uc-me is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.


6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR LOST ITEMS

6.1 Damaged or Defective NFC Cards

If your NFC card arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify uc-me within 7 days of receipt
  • Provide photographic evidence and order details

Subject to verification, uc-me may:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Offer an alternative resolution

6.2 Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier:

  • uc-me will assist in investigating the issue
  • Replacement or resolution will be assessed on a case-by-case basis


7. NON-DELIVERY DUE TO USER ERROR

No refunds or replacements will be provided for:

  • Incorrect delivery addresses supplied by the user
  • Failure to collect or receive the item


8. CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS OF NFC ORDERS

  • NFC card orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started
  • This is due to the customised nature of the product

9. THIRD-PARTY COURIERS

uc-me uses third-party courier and logistics providers.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.


10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

uc-me reserves the right to update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time.

Updates will be effective upon publication on the website.
