These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of uc-me, a digital platform providing virtual business card and related digital identity services (“Platform”, “Service”, “uc-me”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details updated.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

6.1 User Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform.
6.2 License to uc-me
You grant uc-me a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6.3 You warrant that you have all rights and permissions to upload your content.
All Platform software, designs, logos, trademarks, and proprietary technology are owned by or licensed to uc-me.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
8.1 Subscription fees, billing cycles, and features are disclosed at the point of purchase.
8.2 All payments are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
8.3 uc-me may modify pricing, features, or plans with prior notice.
8.4 Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of services.
uc-me processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have consent to share personal or third-party contact details displayed on their digital cards.
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., social media, analytics, NFC providers).
uc-me is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.
11.1 uc-me strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
11.2 uc-me may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform without liability.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless uc-me, its directors, officers, and partners from claims arising from:

Upon termination, access to services and content may be removed.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, unless otherwise stated.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
uc-me reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
